On Monday, I voted in favour of holding an indicative votes process, and reaffirmed that in an earlier vote this afternoon.

East Renfrewshire MP, Paul Masterton , has added their voice for Earth Hour, the world’s largest annual event to protect the planet, and joined a movement to safeguard nature and set it on the path to recovery. 

 

MSP and MP encourage young people to vote in SYP elections

Young people across East Renfrewshire are campaigning for votes to become Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (MSYPs) in the constituencies of Eastwood and Renfrewshire South, as the voting is now officially underway for the 2019 Elections.

 

Brexit Update 14th March 2019

Last night I took the difficult decision to vote against the Government and resign my role as a PPS in the Home Office. I have been clear that whilst I believe we must honour the result of the EU Referendum, I cannot support the U.K. leaving without a deal.
