Nominations open to represent East Renfrewshire on the National stage.

East Renfrewshire MP Paul Masterton is asking people to nominate their favourite local pub to represent the constituency at the coveted UK-wide Parliamentary Pub of the Year competition.

Residents can enter their favourite pub into the competition on the MP’s Facebook post here:

The winner will be selected by Mr Masterton from the three pubs with the highest number of nominations, with entries closing on 14 September.

Paul Masterton, MP for East Renfrewshire, commented:

“We have so many fantastic pubs across East Renfrewshire, and I am confident that whoever wins will stand a great chance of bringing back the national title. It’s been great to see so many people getting involved in the competition, and some good natured competition between pubs. Time is fast running out to nominate your favourite, so make sure you get involved in the competition before it’s too late!”
