East Renfrewshire MP, Paul Masterton has outlined his opposition to the BBC’s plans to scrap free TV licences for some pensioners. This came after news emerged earlier this week that the BBC was scrapping free licenses for those aged over 75 who were not in in receipt of pension credit.
