Being your voice at Westminster

Being your voice at Westminster is an immense privilege. Standing up for local issues in the area on the national stage is vital if we are to get the services and infrastructure we need.

In Westminster, I have raised several local issues directly with Government Minister and the Prime Minister himself.

My voting record in the House of Commons is over 90% and I have stood up for East Renfrewshire in over 200 debates, making Government aware of what we need at a local level.

However, finding out what the issues are amongst the community can only be done by getting around the constituency. Since becoming your MP in 2017 I have visited over 200 local schools, businesses and organisations. Whilst also helping more than 5000 constituents.

At Westminster, I’m always looking for ways to promote East Renfrewshire and the people and businesses who make it such a special place. I want to make sure you feel that you have someone in Parliament who is truly working for you, and doing what they think is best for the community.

So if there is an issue that you feel passionately about and want me to raise in Parliament, or if I can be of any help to you, please get in touch either by phoning 0141 648 8811 or emailing
